File Associatons

I'm trying to create a simple file association (.FQF) for my program (Importer.exe).

I set a verb, Open, to use along with a program in my install. The problem is that when I double-click a .fqf file, it just runs Importer.exe without any parameters.

How can I get it run the program with the file name as a parameter (Importer.exe c:\\anyfile.fqf)?

My "open" shell verb has "%1" as parameters (including the double backslashes).
