XML edits during installation.

Guys,

Coming from an IS background there's one thing we do in our projects and that's add or create elements in an XML file during installation. It's not necessary to back the changes out when the product is uninstalled.

Does IA let you do XML edits at runtime? It's not a problem if not as we have a .Net application that could be run during the installation and do it that way. I believe IA lets you do registry and .ini operations but XML editing is a nice-to-do. Is it possible?

Yeah, you can do this with the Edit File plug-in - check in our Plug-Ins section.
