MSXML plug-in works locally but not on build server

When I run miabuild locally(on my computer) the it compiles just fine, when i run it on our build server with the same command line is stops on the MSXML plug-in.

Any suggestions?

Do I need to have something installed on my build server that I apparently have installed on my computer?

Like MSXML Parser 4.0?

Seems to be working now must not have been related to MSXML
