File not being installed were specified

I am working on an installer that installs files to a certain directory on the C drive of a user's workstation and I am having a problem with a file not being installed. All files install to the correct location except the borlndMM.dll it doesn't install a all. I can see were it is contained in the uncompressed files associated with install but I can not find the file in the location I specified when designing the installer. Can any one tell me why this is happening?

I sometimes find it helpful to go back to basics and put together a project that installs just that file on its own. If it does install then you can work on the assumption that something in your main project might be pulling it down somehow?

Is that file for example in a feature that is not being installed, perhaps because it's disabled depending on user input or a user vartiable. In other words, conditional?
