Maximum Licenses Exceeded - IA closes for everyone.
We have one floating license for IA. Normally there's no need for more than one person here to be messing with the installer, but lately we've had a couple of incidents where a 2nd developer tried to open IA when the first developer already had it open. IA notices this and blocks it, as is to be expected. The 2nd dev gets an error message stating that the maximum number of licenses has been exceeded. That's fine and perfectly acceptable. However, must it show this message to the first developer that has had IA open all along? Furthermore, must IA shut down for the user that already had the floating license? It's as if IA is saying, "You're cheating! Now nobody gets to play!" I really think if you have N licenses, users > N who try to launch IA should be blocked, but users <= N should not have the application closed from underneath them.
