Hi,
I found some problem during installation SQL Server 2008 Express.
This server requires .NET Frameworks 2 with SP2, 3 with SP1 and 3.5 with SP1. After setup had finished, I run the same setup again and I saw that all of these frameworks need to be installed again. It's not the whole installation, just dll files are being copied, but it shows up every time I start the setup in the same machine (virutal one for tests). At first, I thought maybe installation order is important, but then I have built a basic setup with no changes in the code - the same result.
Is it known issue? Does anybody know any explanation?
.NET Frameworks as prerequisities - error?

Are your .NET scripts using the latest If "Greater Than" check mode for versions? If not, just upgrade to the latest InstallAware which has the fixed scripts. Do it this week before we launch the new InstallAware 9, and backup your trial install, password, and license file in a safe location!
