Debugging with command line options?

Is there any way to set the commandline for a debugging session? Need to do white box testing on the update scenario as well as uninstall. I'm on version 8

Just set the CMDLINE variable on the first line of your script. Note that this overridden command line will not be parsed by the setup engine, so for automatic side-effects like silent installs and so forth, setting CMDLINE from script will have no effect.
