Extraction of installaton data downloaded from the web fail

I can't reinstall or repair install installaware studio admin 7 anymore. This worked well in the past on this computer but now

When building an install package I see
Script load error
The script uses a plug-in that is not available on you system:windows Installer

Please install this plug-in before opening this script. Closing project now.
To install plug insL
Open control panel / add/remove programs
choose te Change option for Installaware
select "add or remove features"

But the re-installation tries to contact installaware and complains that
Extractionof installaton data downloaded from the web has failed. What would you like to do?
All choices repeat the screen except cancel.

I don't see drop kick on the list of choices.....
So Please suggest what I can do.

This is the exact same problem I reported in the thread I started about 45 minutes before you started this one. I'm glad we're not the only ones experiencing this. My thread is here:
