The problem about InstallAware Express's Run programs

Version:InstallAware express 6.0
My Setting:
Run programs's setting:
Progarm File:$TARGETDIR$\\TEST.exe
Run Timing:Finish Dialog

using the setting above it tries to start the app from the Windows folder instead of the Target Folder and it fails as it needs the current info in the target folder.

I have run into this same problem and I have not yet been able to find a fix.

Fixed in InstallAware 9, or use the Run Program As command (not available in Express).
