\"Setup resource decompression failure\" error message

hi,

I have installed InstallAware 9 Studio Admin in my system. However, my license key is for IA Studio. Therefore in order to install IA Studio I need to uninstall IA Studio Admin, but I couldn't do so because I'm receiving the 'Setup resource decompression failure' message. Please give me a solution for the problem that I'm facing now.

Run the InstallAware setup.exe program itself to uninstall - it would appear that the cache location has become corrupted.

yes Michael,

I've run the setup.exe file n its displaying that "Cannot start setup - the setup file may be corrupt or may have the wrong password". I don't have the installation CD with me but I do have the licensing and I need to settle this problem as soon as possible. Therefore, what shall I do now?

Compare the file size with the sizes listed on the download page; ensure you have the correct password by re-entering your email on the download page.

Dear Michael,

I've found my mistake and have corrected it...the problem was in my installation setup...i didn't choose the proper edition in the setup wizard which suppose to be IA Studio edition. Anyway, thanks for your reply and sorry for the trouble.
