I have been looking through the documentation regarding the options available of what will/not be installed during a Minimal Installation. How do you define what should be installed during a Minimal Installation?

Minimal Installation
You can do it by yourself inside MSICode. You can find a piece of code with something like this:
if Variable MINIMUM Equals TRUE
Deselect Component: Some Component
else
if Variable COMPLETE Equals TRUE
Select Component: Some Component
end
end
so in the first IF clause specify your minimum install.
