If you add a readme into your project you can choose to display it in a dialog during the installation. What I wanted to ask was is this particular readme file that is viewed during install able to be altered after the project has been build? And if not is there a way to set this up?
Once the setup is built, this file is compiled into the setup as a support file, and as such no longer editable. However, if you change the file in the project directory, and then compile, the new version will be used.
