File associations not being set

Hi,

I have an installshield project (built with studio 9). In the setup I have set a file association. When the installer runs it doesn't actually set the file association though...

The installer requires admin privileges.

How can I figure out where it's going wrong?

Can you confirm that you are using 9.06 ?

If so, please submit your project through our support system for analysis.

Version box says 9 build Moya.sp1.070409

How do I check if I'm running 9.06?

Version box says 9 build Moya.sp1.070409

That doesn't look like 9.06 to me, but I tried running the update and it appears I'm on the latest version.

I really need to get this working, right now it's not functioning the way it should

Hi Ned,

I can confirm that you are running 9.06 -- if you look on the download page, you will see it says 9.06, SP1 Moya, which ties up with what you have.

Please submit your project to use for investigation.
