runtime error

I use InstallAware 7.0 to deploy my website and when I finish I build a CD\\DVD and instal it on my computer.But the InstallAware Wizard always show error messagebox shows that:
Runtime error in install :Cannot open file "C:\\DOCUME~1\\ADMINI~1\\LOCALS~1\\mia8\\setuptype.dfm."The system cannot find the file specifiled.How could I do?

Unfortunatly we are unable to offer official support on such an old version of InstallAware, however, please check that the file actually exists at the path?

Also verify that the user has access permissions to that location, and that there is enough local disk space for the decompression to succeed.
