Password for 7.5

We ran into a severe production problem with installaware 9.0. Any windows profile that contains japanese characters will cause any setup created by installaware 9.0 to fail. We need to revert back to 7.5 but unfortunately we didn't save the password. Does anyone have the password for this version? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I'm afraid that we do not have a note of the password available for this edition ... maybe someone can help

Make sure you're running the very latest version of InstallAware 9 - 9.06. That version does not have any problems with account names.

We ran into this problem after upgrading to the latest version 9, we didn't have this issue in 7.5 thus why we needed to revert. We did find the solution in an old forum post after a few attempts at contacting support.
