SQL Server Plugin on Windows 2008

Hi there

My installer is trying to run some scripts under Windows 2008, but SQL Server plugin is returning CONNECT_ERROR. The strange thing is that if I try to connect with an UDL file, everything works normally. I would like to know if I'm missing some pre-requisite, installation runtime or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, we investigated the case and found out that unlike other Windows versions we use here, this Windows 2008 version does not have a SQLServer client software installed by default. After we installed the client software everything has run fine.
