FYI: \"Read from Text File\" on a Unicode file corrupts setup

I was getting very strange runtime issues in my script that didn't make any sense. I finally realized that the culprit was "Read from Text File" on a Unicode text file. I changed my encoding to ANSI, and all is well. (Perhaps "Read from Text File" can be more defensive about this.)

that would certainly do it --- we currently do not support unicode in these functions
