Hi,
I wanted to certify my application with the Windows7 Logo Toolkit but it fails the test about "OS version checking".
So I created an empty installer package using IA8 and IA9 and the Windows7 Logo Toolkit failed again with the same error.
So I guess the problem is with the Installaware program.
I opened 3 support tickets with Installaware team but they closed them without giving me any solution.
Any help would be welcomed.
A doc file is attached with the result from the Windows7 Logo Toolkit. As you can see, requirement 5 failed to pass the test.

I am sorry that you feel that we have not answered your issues regarding Windows Logo Toolkit certification. I can confirm that we have sent many responses regarding this matter, but have not received the requestion log files, scripts etc that we require to further investigate this matter on your behalf.
Please submit this information through the support system attached to your ticket.
Also, please note that this part / check of the installer, is totally configurable by the installer developer and you should be able to fix-up your script to correct this error. By any chance, did you upgrade your script from an existing on created in IA8?
