Maintenance dialog, when chosing remove $REMOVE$ is not set

Post by joltman »

Hi, we are facing a problem with the maintenance dialog, if the user chooses to remove the application the variable $REMOVE$ does not get set.

We need this in the next dialog to display message such as "setup is now ready to UNINSTALL application XXX"

Any ideas?

Check the logic applied to the controls on the page (double click the controls on the form in the designer!), and see what is configured.

Also, have you tried adding watches and stepping through?

How about building a sample project for us? Without something to look at our assistance ability is going to be limited.
