Files will not be installed on the target PC

Hey
I use Installaware 9 Moya
I have created a .NET Setup and tried to create a setup.
When I first tried to install it on a target machine, it doesn't work - The shortcut I created cannot be found.
By searching around, I found out, that the files, I add by drag/drop in the designer will not be installed/copied to the target machine, the files are packed, but will not be copied.

What am I doing wrong? - Anyone there who can help me?
I have a gold support - but they don't answer for 1 day now (I am getting frustating...)

Afraid we need more information to investigate this ... specifically the project or logs would be a good start

You say you have emailed Gold Support? Did you get an automated email back with a reference number that I can use to lookup further details? Can't see anything in the system.

I tried today again. - I don't got an automatic mail, I only got the information from the mail program, that it was delivered correct.

I tried this moment again - Hope it works now

But I attached the project as well.
