Progress bars???

In the installation application I am creating many 3rd party pre-reqs (frameworks) are being installed. This is a rather lengthy process. I know creating a master progress bar would be very difficult, if not impossible, but is it possible to create progress meters within each installation component?

You can create your own master progress bar and increment that manually, while the regular progress bar would continue to display the installation progress of the on-going runtime. This really isn't difficult - you just bind one progress bar to a custom variable and the other one to the regular progress variable (see the built-in progress dialogs for an example of the latter).
