Custom Dialog to Browse for folder

I am trying to add a new text box with a browse for directory button on a custom dialogue. I have managed to get the textbox to load the correct variable value and save it out again and the browse button browses for a directory, but it doesn't populate the textbox with the folder that the user clicked - how is this done?
