InstallAware Feature Requests
1. Have the Localization Wizard remember the folder last used for the associated project.
2. Be able to scroll through the script windows when running the setup debugger.
3. Dialog editor should default to project folder when selecting Open.
4. Dialog editor is positioned under task bar when task bar is positioned on left side of monitor.
5. Add a build manager. This would allow having lists of various builds and associated settings. It would also allow you to specify compiler defined variable to allow custom builds.

Re: Feature requests
So by #5 you mean something like a configuration manager, with different settings for each build? That's a good idea, as are the others

Re: Feature requests
Yes that is what I mean. At the moment IA has three build configurations. I propose being able to add to that by not only defining the type of setup (Uncompressed, Single File or Web) but also being able to define compiler variables. So that the script can be created to utilize these compiler variables to produce different installers from the same base set.
This can be done with batch files now. But a GUI interface would be a nice addition.
This is something that InstallShield has. I am not unhappy about making the switch to IA from IS, on the contrary I am very happy with IA. There are just a few features that IS has that I would like to see in IA. Custom build configurations is one of them.
The other is management of translations.
Thank you for your consideration to this.
