I'm trying to install two services with my application. This installation happens to be on Windows 7 x64.
I don't have the executeable of the services listed in the Files list. I originally did, but figured out that that might be causing a problem. I do have all dependent DLL's included in the Files list.
I get the following error when I try to do the install:
Error reading from file:
C:\Users\...\C_\original source path\service executeable file name
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
I'm unsure what to do at this point.

Re: Install Service File Error
Is there some answer to the problem I'm running into?
Re: Install Service File Error
Hi,
I'm also using Win 7 64bit (currently for compiling IA projects not for deployment). First, verify if service executable is included into output package. I had some cases, when log files said that the file was copied there, but it was not true, the subfolder was empty

Re: Install Service File Error
If file copy fails, the build will fail. What log are you referring to?
