Hello all, I have solved most of my problems through other posts on this forum but either I'm searching wrong or something cuz I cant seem to find any help for this problem...
So I have a package that installs great. It installs to the $TARGETDIR$ which is $PROGRAMFILES$\UEVEN LLC\$TITLE$ (I assume because it says Target Folder in the Project Properties). However when I install a patch that I create it installs the patched files to $PROGRAMFILES$\$TITLE$. I cant seem to find anywhere in my script that states a different folder. Whats really weird is if I create a new build and install it, the wizard states it has to uninstall previous versions but then it only deletes the files in $PROGRAMFILES$\$TITLE$ and doesn't touch the orginal files located in $PROGRAMFILES$\UEVEN LLC\$TITLE$.
Any help and/or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Stephanie

Re: Patch creating new folder
I'd check whether the patch build is overriding the value of $TARGETDIR$ somehow, messageboxes or debugging the script compiled in patch mode will help.
