Localization doesn't work?

Using IA8.
Exported using Localize option.

Translated a few strings using the tool.

Imported back. No errors.

Built + run chosing that language.

Nothing shows up...

What am I missing?

Not sure what you're missing, but I sure am unable to reproduce this error so I'm missing something too.
