Localization problem - IA8

Hello all,

I've posted before that I try and create a blank project and localize it and none of the localized strings are used (I set the language to the localized one).

Can someone please post an install aware 8 project with, lets say, German translation that includes just a single localized string?

I'm trying to understand why it doesn't work on my machine and perhaps this way I can compare the files and figure it out...

Cancel that. There's definately something wrong but after a few rebuilds and a few imports it's starting to work.
