Wrong language in messages

This is a repost. After importing localized strings, setting the project language back to english still uses the localized shared strings instead of the english ones.

Any ideas except to have the batch file manually rename files before building the project?

Is this broken or only in my project/my mistake?

Someone please help - I've manually copied over the translated file in the shared folder and totally removed any translated file from the project folder. So messages went back to English yet the dialog that shows up when the wizard is being prepared has now magically turned from English into something else (and it was in english even when the original problem was there so no idea where these strings are coming from).

After endless hours it turns out that even if you rename a file to be translations.Hebrew.Whatever - it is still used over the translations.Hebrew file...

Maybe this is date-related.

Have no idea - this is definately a bug and still - why are any of these files even used when the target language is English?

I guess it's a "feature"...
