I would be very grateful if someone could explain why this occurred and what I can do about it. Thank you very much for any help you can provide.Typically, I perform tests on my MacBook Pro running various Windows OS's on Oracle Virtual Box. The resolution I have is greater than that. However, your installer doesn't recognize this.

I am unable to reproduce this with VMware. I don't have access to VirtualBox. The message would appear when I had the screen resolution at 800x600 in virtualized XP SP3.
Have you been able to get anyone to reproduce this outside of a virtual machine (on a physical machine)?
What is the exact resolution being used when the error appears?
