Setup executable size

Hi,

I've looking into moving from wise to InstallAware.
The problem is that the executable I get is more than twice the size of the executable I had in wise.... (1.6M instead of 700 k)

Maybe I'm not zipping it?

What type of build are you creating? A single compressed exe?

You can set the compression rate in Project Settings->Build->Compression. But, this should be max by default.

If you are including application runtimes that perhaps weren't included in your Wise installer, this could add some bloat in exchange for convenience.
