Failed to install dialog designer

I am facing problem of add feature "dialog designer" to InstallAware 9 sp1.
I hit error

extraction of installation data downloaded from the web has failed. What would you like to do installaware?

Any ideas?

FYI, my license file version is 7 but able to install IA9. Is it because of licensing issue?

From a technical perspective, the version/edition of InstallAware you're using needs to match your license.

If you're trying to install from an old web-based installer, it won't work.

I'll follow up with Sales to see if they can't help you get your licensing situation under control.

Our sales team has replied to you twice. Perhaps you're filtering emails from us?

You would need to:
- Install latest "trial" version of InstallAware.
