Unable to customize caption property of a dialog window

The default value of the caption property of a dialog window is always $TITLE$ which is always equal to the product name.

We like to customize the caption property of a dialog window independent from $TITLE$/product name. How can this achieved?

In the dialog editor, you can specify the caption.

We don't know realy exactly when and why, but sometimes it works, sometimes not, that's the problem ...
