- Have the InstallAware IDE maximized on the screen.
- Place another, non-maximized window in front of the InstallAware IDE.
- Now left-click once in the MSIcode editor region of InstallAware that is not obscured by the other window.
- Notice that the IA IDE comes to the foreground, but on the task bar the other window still has the focus.

Could not reproduce (on Win7 x64). What OS are you running?
