Minor Bug: Undo doesn't undo comment in/out
Minor Bug: Undo doesn't undo comment in/out
If you comment out a line, then Ctrl+Z to undo, it undoes any change you made before commenting out the line. If you then Ctrl+Y, it will re-do the change. The line that you commented out is never uncommented. Comment in/out is not included in the undo buffer in InstallAware.

Re: Minor Bug: Undo doesn't undo comment in/out
I've added this to my list.
Since we're on the topic of comments, I'd like to get some user feedback on an idea I have. I think it could be beneficial to create different shades of green for "comments" and commented code. Does anyone think this could be helpful at all?

Re: Minor Bug: Undo doesn't undo comment in/out
Thanks. Yeah, I think that might be helpful. Note, though, that there are already two shades of green - there's a sort of teal color used for plug-in calls. Maybe commented code could be bolded or something. Or instead of italicizing comments, commented code can be italicized while comments could have no italicization.

Re: Minor Bug: Undo doesn't undo comment in/out
I have run into this issue myself - where I WISH I could comment out a block of code while I am developing as I test different scenarios. This would be a godsend.
