Installation problem on Vista Ultimate (2343)

Hi,

We encounter a problem on two machines that run Vista Ultimate 64-bit.
We use InstallAware 8 to build the installer for our product, and there is no problem with it in general - it can be insatlled properly.
However, on two machines the installer stops with the error code 2343, and nothing is installed.
Are you aware of any problem relating to Vista Ultimate 64-bit?

That would be an MSI error.

You should be able to get more information from the log. Run:

setup.exe /l=C:\log.txt

Use a full path (not relative) for the log file.

Thank you for your response, and sorry for not replying so far.
We created the log file, and it did not help.

We are still investigating the issue, and suspect a kind of access right problem (around TEMP folder).

Will let you know if there is anything I would need you help.
