How to create installation for Windows Service

I need to create an installation package for a Windows Service and cannot find the menu option for that, please help. I am using InstallAware 9 R2

If it's what I think you're looking for, click on the Design tab and under the Advanced Options node you'll see the Services node. Select it and click the New button. You can then choose whether you want to Install or Control a service.

When using that tab, make sure you tell it to install it, and that you also tell it to start the service if you need it to be running when the installer completes. Otherwise it just installs it but doesn't tell it to start it. Also, make sure you also have a stop and delete of the service on uninstall.
