How to hide the \"hidden\" advertising?

During evaluation of the Studio Admin, I see "hidden" advertising for InstallAware everywhere in the ready built project:

Sometimes a dialog pops up asking whether one would like to visit InstallAware's homepage, when files are decompressed a dialog with a progress indicator and a big InstallAware logo appears, and here and there I see texts like "made with InstallAware" and the InstallAware logo is spread out all over the UI.

Does this occur only in the eval version?

How can I completely get rid of this annoying "advertising for InstallAware for free" in my final builds?

This occurs only with the trial version of InstallAware.
You may order your full copy of InstallAware here:

When you install your license, this problem will go away.
