Can somebody make it? Why I can't find any modern official runtimes?

Dear geneziz23,

Even though InstallAware always keeps up-to-date in creating new runtimes (e.g IIS 7.5 Express or SQL CE 4.0), we are unable to include all runtimes out there.

Therefore, we allow you, our users, to create your own runtimes in a matter of minutes - here is a tutorial on how to do so:
