Regarding Notification Area Icons

Hi, I am running my uninstaller to remove the already installed program from my computer. But found that the uninstaller not removing this program from the Control Panel -> Notification Area Icons. For this I wrote a .bat file and then calls thats after APPLY UNINSTALL command. Looks like this not working as expected. But if I run the .bat file manually it works fine. How can I remove the program from Notification Area Icons using install Aware ? Seems like I have to call the .bat file after the entire uninstall process is complete. Any thoughts ?

What did you do to create that shortcut?

I am using these two commands:
Create Shortcut $STARTUPDIR$\#TITLE# to $UNINSTALLLINK$ and
Create Shortcut $SHORTCUTFOLDERS$\#TITLE# to $UNINSTALLLINK$
