Uninstall, ARP key remains, not deleted

Hello,
if I uninstall my program all files and folders will be uninstalled successfully.
but the product key will stay and is not deleted
KEY HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Uninstall\\{62A654......}

What I did:
I have a big project with many install files and services. This project will be installed and uninstalled perfect.
I have copied this project, renamed all mia and mpr files.
Then I have deleted all unneccessary files so that I have now a small client installation.
Then in project settings I have generated a new product code.

Any idea why the big project is uninstalled fine and the client not?

Hi,
It shouldn't make a difference how many files you are installing, so I'm guessing something gotesswd up with your testing. What happens when you add all your files back to the small project?
