Hello,
I am attempting to upgrade to InstallAware 11 and InstallAware 10 R2 will not uninstall. It returns an error "Error The specified path '$WINDOWSINSTALLERDIR$' is unavailable.
How do I get around this?
Thanks!

Re: InstallAware 10 R2 Will Not Uninstall
Hello,
It fails both when InstallAware 11 tries to uninstall the product and if I use Add/Remove Programs.
Thanks!
-Jeff

Re: InstallAware 10 R2 Will Not Uninstall
Dear Jeff,
As a work around, please try using a 3rd party uninstaller like Revo uninstaller (they have a free trial version).
This will wipe clean 10 R2 off your system so you can go ahead and install IA 11.
