Bug? Uninstall breaks if Output file name changes

Hello,
after debugging several hours I found out what problem is but I have no solution.
This happens:
In "Project Settings==>Build==>Output the "Output filename" is: Client.exe

After build (web build) the Setup file is "Client.exe.exe" because IA 10 adds ".exe" automatically.
With this setup file installation AND Uninstall works fine.

Now I want to change the Output filename to "Client" only so that the final Setup file is only "Client.exe"
But if I build again with this new output filename installation works fine but Uninstall not!
As soon Uninstall is called, the wizard breaks down after "Start uninstall". Wizard is closed and nothing happens.
No files and shortcuts are removed.

Thats a very confusing behavior.
Any idea what can cause this problem and how can I change my output filename?

Please try clearing the temp folder in your computer - something might be getting cached and that might be affecting things.

which Temp folder you mean?
Windows -- Temp or UserProfile\Temp?

I have now deleted all temp folders
Windows\Temp
and
User\AppData\Local\Temp

then I changed output file again to "Client"

But same behavior.
Install is ok but Unistall breaks down and the wizards closes.

any idea?
