Error message without any information

Good morning.
We received the attached error message telling just the word "Error" without any further information when the user changes the installation option "All Users" or "Current user only". It's only happening in some installations; in most cases the installation works ok. We have had this on Windows XP/PRO SP3, Windows 2003. We have updated to the latest InstallAware version but this didn't help.
Would appreciate some help as the error message doesn't give us any indications and it can occur any time on any PC?

Please try regenerating, redownloading and reinstalling your InstallAware license.
If that doesn't help, please send your project over to support at installaware.com and we will take a look at it.
