Remove Unpinned Assemblies

I am running InstallAware9 sp1.070409 and I have 2 installs that install the same dll to the GAC with the Install Assembly plug-in. I am calling the Remove Unpinned Assemblies after the Apply Uninstall and if I uninstall one of the application it removes the file from GAC even though the other app is still using it. I was under the impression that Remove Unpinned Assemblies would not remove the dll if it was used by another application.

What do I do so it doesn't remove that dll if it is being used by another application?

This definitely shouldn't be the case - are you sure that the second application is referencing those assemblies?
