Version 11 Nagware
I keep getting continually nagged the system tray icon says "New updates found for version 10" then when I click on it - it says download version 11 and in the small print - you must have a valid v11 license to install this product! Why am I getting this all the time?
Re: Version 11 Nagware
Its an upgrade suggestion. Does it appear even after you reboot?

Re: Version 11 Nagware
Yes it appears after a reboot. It is not at all clear that this corresponds to v11 as the initial balloon tooltip says update for version 10.
Re: Version 11 Nagware
Hi Matt,
I am sorry if you find this misleading in anyway. This is how our update system works, it catches your current version name and offers you an upgrade, and adds what kind of upgrade it is.
Are you holding a license for V11?

Re: Version 11 Nagware
No we don't have a licence for v11, hence we don't want to know about it all the time - your email spam has already told us about it 10 times!
Re: Version 11 Nagware
Matt,
You can simply deselect the upgrade through the software without much hassle.
When you have a windows update, and you are not installing it, it will keep 'nudging' you until you will deselect it. Same way as Adobe, Apple and other softwares. Please deselect this upgrade and you will not be 'Nagged'.
Thank you.
