.NET Framework 4 Full IA 10 ?

Hello

i have seen in some post here, that IA 10 installs only the .NET Framework 4 Client Profile , not the Full setup?
Is this correct?
I also read that in IA10 there are some problems with Framework 4 on Win 7 64bit

Dear Hansjoerg,

IA 10 installed different versions of the actual framework. Those versions were a little problematic and caused issues, for example, on Windows 7 x64.
The new frameworks in 11 are more updated and work better.

IA 11 installs either the full version or the Client version, they are both available.
