Hi,
I'm receiving the following Kaspersky 2011 message when I build a WEB Deployment installation file with InstallAware Studio 11: MIAE.EXE - Found: PDM.Worm.P2P.generic. This happens only if I run the build in InstallAware. Kaspersky after move the MIAE.exe to quarantine. I have made an exception in Kaspersky not to remove the MIAE.exe, but still doesn't make me comfortable to distribute such installation files! Any idea why this is happening and what the problem is?
Thanks
Richard

Re: Kaspersky Worm Message
Hi Richard,
What do you mean by "This happens only if I run the build in InstallAware"?
When you run the build via the command line, does the problem not occur?

Re: Kaspersky Worm Message
Hi Giaviv
Sorry, may be my wording was confusing. It happens when I build the setup file selecting the Build menu item within the InstallAware Application. I don't use the command line.
We have tried with the same script in another PC and had the same Kaspersky Message. Any advice?
Thanks'

Re: Kaspersky Worm Message
Richard,
We do get false positives sometimes from various anti virus products.
Our recommendation is to contact Kaspersky and let them know that this is a false positive.
