I created an update for my app and posted it along with the ini file to my update site. when I run a manual update from a workstation the update is listed as available for download. I check the update, press download and the install dialog immediately appears prompting me to choose updates to install but nothing is listed.
I created a new installation of my app using the default template and one update to see if it a fresh start would help but got the same results.
I can past the url (from the ini) of the update into my browser and download and install the update manually.
What am I missing? I do I debug this?
Choose updates to install is blank
Re: Choose updates to install is blank
Hi,
You can debug the update section by invoking the update script and using the IDE's debug feature.
To do so, you can include the updates script first thing in your main script using the Include Script command.
Then, you can walk the setup step-by-step and debug the update process.

Re: Choose updates to install is blank
Maybe the download was unsuccessful due to to low time-out. I often had this problem on systems with anti-virus software (on client or in network).
