MSI not working but exe does

On W7 machines, 32 or 64 bit, MSI does not respond. I am running IA 10, compiled project with UAC always elevate. The project compiles fine, but when I go to launch the installation from the MSI, I get the requisite UAC notification to elevate, click OK, but nothing happens. The msiexec.exe is loaded in Task Manager but no CPU usage. If I run the installation from the accompanying exe it runs fine.

I can run the same MSI on an XP machine just fine.

InstallAware setups are run using the EXE files, not the MSI files. Please try running the EXE file.
