MSI fails from network share

I created an MSI install to deploy via GPO. I can execute the msi package locally on any computer, but when put on a network share (whether mapped or not), I get the below error. How do I deploy via GPO? Do you have to SIgn MSI packages?

How are you executing the MSI locally? Which command are you using?

I have tried just r-click, install, and
"psexec \\pc-to-update MSIexec.exe /i \\pathtoMSIfile\msifile.msi /qn", and
I've tried deploying it via GPO via computer software install package.

So are these commands you're describing not working at all?
